One of our favourite Essex stag activities, archery tag is the craze that's sweeping the nation right now. Imagine laser tag, only with bows and arrows with foam tips. Genius!
You get two hours of action at an outdoor activity site on the border of London and Essex. There are three battles, which last around 40 minutes each. Don't worry if you've never done archery before. Essex stag weekend archery tag sessions include training and target practice. Learn the basics and polish your skills before you go into battle. There's a Hunger Games scenario in there as well, which is a proper 'battle royale'.
A great activity choice for an Essex stag weekend, archery tag is a game anyone can play. The aim is simple: tag the players on the other team to eliminate them from the game. Alternatively, knock all five bullseyes out of their target. Whichever you can do first will win the game.
There are two ways to take another player down: hit them with one of your arrows or catch one of theirs when it's in the air. If you do get tagged, one of your team mates can get you back in the game by knocking one of the centres out of their target. Got it? Good, then let's do this!
