You don't have to jet off to Japan to try sumo wrestling, it's available in Edinburgh. Well, sort of! We've taken Japan's national sport and given it a comedy twist to make it stag-friendly. There's no need to start piling on the pounds, simply step into one of our fat suits and be transformed into a sumo wrestler, complete with top knot.
Fire up the competitive spirit with a sport that requires big bellies, strength, grunting, and a good grip. The aim is simple: get your opponent to step out of the ring. Not so easy when you're wearing a massive sumo suit. A ref will be on hand to make sure you all play fair but there will of course be plenty of chances to wedgie the groom good and proper before the main event!
Howl laughing as you go belly-to-belly with your fellow stags for the honour of being crowned sumo champion. These portly guys are adored by women over in Japan so hopefully the same's true in Scotland. Hey, you're in the land of deep fried Irn Bru butter balls, so who knows?
