Chill in the bars and cafes, grab a snack at one of the restaurants, or head over to Ripley's Believe it or Not for a dose of genuine seaside lunacy.
Want a real scare? Forget about the modern rollercoasters. Blackpool Pleasure Beach is also home to some of the oldest contraptions in the world, including the Big Dipper (opened in 1923) and the Steeplechase. It's not the speed or power of these bad boys that give you the willies. On the Big Dipper, you can practically hear the termites. Yikes!
