Not far from central Bournemouth, we found an outdoor activity centre that knows how to thrill. They weren't content with having an obstacle course on the floor, so they put theirs in the air! Some of the obstacles are a massive 50m up - that's 164ft. Still think you've got the nuts?

You'll need cojones the size of St Peter's Church to get all the way round the 11-stage high ropes course without crying for your girlfriend to come and pick you up. There's a zip wire that flies over a lake, a power fan and an 11m climbing wall - and that's before you've tried to cross the Burma Bridge or navigated the Islands in the Sky...

Sorry, did we just say "power fan"? For those of you who haven't had the pleasure, power fans involve jumping off a platform unaided, and waiting for death. You get reprieved at the last minute thanks to a supercharged blast of air from a huge fan set into the ground!
