Right lads, we have all been there where we need to plan something last minute but leaving the stag party until last minute can mean not always getting exactly what you and the guys would want. But, with stag weekends our aim is to ensure you have an epic stag weekend whether it is last minute or not. These points below are somethings that you should consider when booking your last minute stag do:

Call or email ASAP:

As soon as you know that your best friend has popped the question and she has said yes, call or email us! Even to just speak about options and how much things cost. Get ahead of the game! Even if this is not ahead of the game whenever you call us, we will be on top form to make sure you get a stag party that will not disappoint.

Be flexible:

If you are planning a last-minute stag do, then you need to be open to the idea that some aspects you were hoping for may change due to availability and potentially cost. You may need to be flexible with the activities you choose to do and the times in which these happen. Sometimes the order in which you do activities may need to shuffle round, as long as you are flexible to this you will be ready to get booked.

Be open to our suggestions:

Let us suggest to you some options that we know are available to you within your budget. We will know which cities are the best for your brief, what activities are available and at the right time and lastly what accommodation is available for you. We will listen to what you want out of the stag do and try and make this happen with the little time.

Be decisive:

When we come back to you with some ideas, we need you to be decisive and either go ahead with the plans or tell us how we can change it for you. Make sure all the lads are contactable so that decisions can be made.

Be ready to pay:

Make sure all of the stags are ready with their payments so that when we send over final balances and links to pay these can be done and not hold up ant further progress with the booking of the stag do.

Final balance:

You will have a final balance to pay, make sure you get the lads ready to make this payment as otherwise this could hold up some activities or even cause cancellations on the booking.

Itinerary check:

Post the itinerary into the stag party WhatsApp group so that everyone knows the plan, which will help them with what to pack and getting ready for the big send off.
