There's paintball and there's York paintball. You've tried the bog standard format, now it's time to play in the big league. If you're planning a York stag do it would be rude not to check out the county's ultimate paintball site. We're talking bunkers, a river, bombed out buildings, a fort and the longest purpose-built paintball bridge in the world!

On arrival at Yorkshire HQ, your stag party will be briefed and kitted out with camo gear, state-of-the-art guns, face masks and goggles. After splitting into teams, you'll get warmed up with classic Capture the Flag on the site's 300ft-long, 60ft-high bridge. After that, go into the embassy all guns blazing and take the troops on a strategy mission into the bunker. There are loads of realistic game scenarios to get stuck into. This is far more intense and exhilarating than your average shoot 'em up.

Go back to base camp between games and the marshalls will clean and re-air your paintball guns. They've thought of everything.

When it comes to stag party paintball, York blasts every other location to kingdom come. Definitely one for the bucket list!
