More power! There's nothing like a fresh stag weekend activity to sort the men from the boys, and this one's one of our favourites.

Power kiting is a legendary combination of windsurfing, surfing and landboarding - basically, whatever you want it to be, depending on conditions. The kite provides maximum pull on the user, which enables you to leap off the ground like Superman, kitesurf with a board strapped to your feet, or landsurf using an ATB (all terrain board) or mountain board.

Newquay is the perfect spot to try power kiting, which is a complementary activity to surfing. In fact, its popularity in the South West really kicked off as an alternative to surfing on flat days, when the waves aren't there or aren't big enough to ride. Power kiting and kiteboarding also take the place of surfing when the winds are too strong for decent waves, or the wind direction is onshore.

We'll hook your group up with expert instructors. Learn all the basics, from safely launching your kite to performing your first radical manoeuvres!
