Don't worry if you've never done white water rafting! The course is perfect for beginners and you won't have to have top notch fitness to smash this team challenge. The guides on the course are brilliant at boosting confidence and getting all the lads involved.

During your ride down the rapids, there will be chances to stop off and have swim in the warm waters and catch your breath after battling the rapids. When you return to the city, your adrenaline levels will be peaked. You'll have all the energy you need to take on the nightlife. When the clubs don't get going until 1am you're going to need all the energy you can get to go the distance, so give it a shot!
