Basically a coast walk gone very wrong indeed, coasteering involves suiting up in protective gear and following the line of the Cornish coast as closely as possible. You'll leap into ocean coves, scramble over boulders and swim across channels.

Your expert instructors are trained in the arts of climbing and surf rescue, and will lead you on a route appropriate to your age, condition and fitness level. Hangovers are OK, but being drunk is a big no-no.

Learn to time your ocean jumps to perfection, as you wait for swell to surge in and provide the perfect landing cushion! Clamber along impossibly thin rock ledges as the Atlantic smashes the rocks below. Discover worlds of natural beauty that aren't even accessible by kayak.

Coasteering is an amazing way to spend a stag party Saturday in Newquay. It's perfect for flat days, too, which means you don't have to wait for waves before giving it a go.

Your stag party will be kitted out with wetsuits, buoyancy jackets and helmets. You'll need to bring your own footwear - grippy trainers that you are happy to take into the ocean. Bring swimwear and a towel, too.
