But if you want your target to actually explode, you need clay shooting in your life. It's the ultimate stag weekend sport - perfect for fancy dress, perfect for curing hangovers, and utterly unique.
Never done clay shooting before? No worries. We've picked a brilliant venue, close to Derby, where the instructors are highly experienced and well used to dealing with chaps on a stag weekend! You'll be introduced to your weapons, shown how to safely handle and load them, and given a crash course in aiming and firing.
If you've done shotgun shooting before, or just want to take things up a notch, go for the pump-action option! Taking out clays with a pump-action shotgun is the most satisfyingly badass thing ever, and doubly funny if you're all dressed up as proper English gents.

Standard clay shooting uses regular sports shotguns, which are breech loaded manually and fired in succession. The pump-action option available at this site swaps out the sports guns for Benelli tactical shotguns, otherwise known by their US cop name: The Enforcer!
