You can't go on a stag weekend to an oceanside town and not make use of the water. That would be like going to the pub and not drinking any beer! Surfing is the ultimate combination of concentration, exhilaration and action. It's just right for curing hangovers and getting the boys back in the mood for another night out.

Our instructors are ready and waiting to get you in the water at Gale Beach. You'll learn everything a beginner needs to know, from paddling and popping up to board control and safety. Listen to the lesson, and you'll be standing up and riding the white water back to shore in no time!

Think you've got what it takes to go to the next level? Lean your weight into a turn as the board comes away from the breaking wave, and you'll slide majestically along the unbroken green water. Use your hips and shoulders to bring the turn back around, and scoot back down the wave again at top speed!
