Stag parties in Leeds may enjoy Cold Cave

Stag parties in Leeds could enjoy catching some live music while celebrating in the city.

Hotly-tipped US band Cold Cave take to the stage at Nation Of Shopkeepers on May 8th and might be the perfect way for revellers to start their weekend.

Tickets for the gig cost £5, which may mean that those on a stag weekend in Leeds are left with plenty of extra cash to splash in the city's many bars, pubs and clubs.

The band is fronted by former Give Up The Ghost and Some Girls vocalist Wesley Eisold, although the sound of Cold Cave is quite a departure from the style of his previous groups as it is focused on keyboards rather than guitars.

Men who would prefer something a little different could instead go to see punk rockers Pennywise when they take to the stage at the O2 Academy on May 12th.

Tickets for that show cost £17.50.
