Stag parties in Bournemouth could enjoy a better Triangle
Stag parties in Bournemouth could find the town centre is in top shape for their weekend away, as work is set to start transforming the area.
The Triangle outdoor space has been earmarked as part of the £274,000 regeneration project, which is expected to be completed by July.
Those embarking on a stag weekend in Bournemouth that month may want to enjoy relaxing in the Triangle garden, which will be expanded.
Commenting on the scheme, councillor Bob Chapman said: "The Triangle has great potential and the aim is to create an attractive space where events, markets and informal recreation can take place."
He added that he hoped visitors would find the area more accessible, which may include those on a Bournemouth stag weekend.
Other attractions the town has to offer includes seven miles of sand and sea, with ample amounts of countryside nearby.
This year also marks Bournemouth's 200th birthday, with plenty of events being held to celebrate the occasion.
