Judges search for best club for Bristol stag weekend

A guide to the best Bristol stag weekend venues has identified nightclubs Luna and Motion as places which may be in the running for the title.

Guide2Bristol's search for the Bristol Top Nightclub 2010 suggested that a Friday night is kicked off with cocktails and a playlist of 1980s classics at Luna, situated in the Clifton area of the city.

However, those holding their Bristol stag party on a Saturday may prefer to check out Motion, a newcomer to the city's nightclub scene which offers an electro and techno mix from residents Bugged Out.

"Motion has quickly gained a reputation across the UK for ramming this cavernous venue with committed clubbers with nothing to prove and a determination to have a great time," the website said.

Men on stag parties in Bristol could also enjoy an evening of entertainment watching the Rocky Horror Show, which hits the stage at the Bristol Hippodrome on Monday July 5th and runs until Saturday July 10th.
