Stag parties in Blackpool may enjoy Pendulum gig

Stag parties in Blackpool may enjoy catching dance-rock group Pendulum when they hit the town's Empress Ballroom.

In recent times the group has expanded its horizons beyond its old drum'n'bass style - which saw them top the UK National Dance Chart with their debut single - and now tour with a fully functioning live band complete with guitars, drums and, of course, bass.

Kerrang! said "phenomenal doesn't even come close" about one of Pendulum's live performances.

The band play the venue on Friday May 21st with support from English drum'n'bass producer Subfocus. Tickets for the gig cost £22.50 and could ensure that stag parties in Blackpool kickstart their weekend in style.

Those who would prefer to attend an event that is happening sooner may enjoy the award-winning Hertfordshire-based trancecore act Enter Shikari, whose combination of dance and rock has stormed its way into the UK Top 40.

Enter Shikari play the Empress Ballroom on Saturday February 6th with tickets costing £17.
