Stag parties in Leeds could enjoy a gig

Stag parties in Leeds could enjoy a night out at one of the city's best-loved live music and club venues.

The new year could provide an opportunity for stag weekends in Leeds to catch US rock band Thrice hitting the stage at the Cockpit on January 18th.

The band promises to showcase a mixture of songs from their five studio albums as well as airing some new material, with tickets for the gig costing £15.

For those whose tastes are a little different, Manchester band Twisted Wheel - who have shared the stage with the likes of Kasabian and The View - could kickstart a stag weekend in Leeds on Saturday February 13th.

Tickets are available for just £7.50, which could leave men with enough money to continue their weekend in the city at the venue's clubnight the Garage, which showcases a range of rock tunes across three rooms.
