Celebrate stag weekend in Nottingham with festive fun

Those heading to Nottingham for a stag weekend could be interested to know that the city is set to get all festive next week.

From next Wednesday (November 18th), the city will be opening its range of Christmas venues and the whole area will be lit up with Christmas lights, which could make the city ideal for those on a stag weekend this month.

According to the Nottingham City Council website, Old Market Square will be illuminated with lights from the 18th, with a large Christmas tree also set to be installed in the area.

As well as this, the city will be hosting a number of Christmas markets - including a German-themed market which could be ideal for those on a stag weekend in Nottingham with a taste for German beer.

Furthermore, there will be an ice rink and live music taking place in the square until Christmas.

After visiting all the festive attractions, men having a stag party in Nottingham could go to the city's Wax Bar, which runs a special drink and curry for £5 offer every Monday.
