Tractor fair could appeal to those on stag weekend in Nottingham

Men who love nothing more than playing around with engines and mechanical parts may want to include a visit to the Newark Vintage Tractor and Heritage Show on their stag weekend in Nottingham.

Due to be held on November 7th and 8th at the Newark Showground, the show promises a "bright weekend of entertainment" and could be ideal for those on a stag weekend in Nottingham with an interest in motor machinery.

In total, there are set to be more than 400 exhibits at the event, with most undercover - so despite the October weather, visitors can still stay warm and dry should the great British weather turn from sunny to cold.

"The centre of attraction will be the Marshall and Turner displays in the Lady Eastwood Pavilion, while three new marquees will feature specific makes of tractor, celebrating their unique contribution to this country's heritage," said Visit Nottingham.

Nottingham also hosts the famous Goose Fair each year, which is one of the largest touring events in Europe.
