Dance festival could be ideal for Nottingham stag weekend

Culture-loving stags heading for a stag weekend in Nottingham could head to nottdance09 and check out the wide range of dance which the festival is set to celebrate.

The event, which began on October 15th and is due to run for ten days, is an international festival which promises to showcase the best in experimental dance and performance.

According to the festival's website, there will be both established performers in the dance field as well as up and coming artists, which could interest those on a stag night in Nottingham who have a passion for the art of dance.

Confirmed acts include Rachel Krische, Robert Hylton, Hatch, Oblivia, Hetain Patel, Lone Twin and Rosie Dennis.

The city is also set to host a Robin Hood Pageant at Nottingham Castle during October, on the weekend of the 25th and 26th, which could appeal to any history buffs who are planning a stag weekend in Nottingham.
