Have a spooky stag weekend in Blackpool

Those planning on having their stag night in Blackpool could find that this month is the best time to do it, as the town will be holding some spooky Halloween celebrations.

From Sunday October 25th to Halloween itself, the town will be holding Spookfest to "celebrate seven days of the supernatural".

Talking to Visit Blackpool, Supernatural Events' founder and Grand Theatre marketing manager Stephen Mercer said: "With ghost tours, investigations, a murder mystery night, terrifying storytelling, workshops, a clairvoyant evening and even a theatrical representation of a Victorian spirit seance, it's going to be a scary seven days for Blackpool."

The night before Halloween, the town will also be hosting its Grand Ghost Tour, which could be an ideal event for those looking to celebrate their upcoming wedding.

The famous Blackpool illuminations are also currently lighting up the city, which could interest those who are planning to take a stag weekend in Blackpool.
