Gong performs for Bristol stag weekenders
Rocks fans who are headed on a Bristol stag weekend can catch Gong's anniversary tour.
The space rock band will be heading to the city on November 19th to perform hits from over 40 years following the release of their new 2032 album.
Those on a Bristol stag weekend can go to the O2 Academy in the city to see the band perform news songs and some old tunes, like Flying Teapot, Radio Gnome Invisible and Master Builder.
Gong started their career in the late 60s and were soon spotted at Glastonbury by Richard Branson, subsequently being signed by Virgin Records.
Those heading on a Sheffield stag weekend will be able to catch the band, too, when they appear at the Leadmill on November 23rd.
This tour will be special, as guitarist Steve Hillage is performing with the band, after recording his last album with the group in 1974.
