New flights launched between Newcastle and Southampton

Boys from Southampton can get to their stag weekend in Newcastle by plane after new flights were launched between the two cities.

The new service, from Eastern Airways, will operate throughout the year and will make travelling to Newcastle stag weekends a lot easier and quicker.

Traditionally a business carrier, the airline says it will allow its passengers to arrive in the north east early in the morning, giving them plenty of time to enjoy the stag party in Newcastle.

"Adjusting the timings allows our Southampton passengers to arrive in Newcastle city centre before 09:00 GMT and helps maximise their time in the north east," said Chris Holliday, chief operating officer of the airline.

In other Newcastle stag night news, the Metro recently highlighted various parts of the city worth visiting, including the South Parade, which is packed full of things for lads on a stag party in Newcastle to enjoy.
