Once you have decided on location, dates and events you can book, to help you understand the process we have put together these bullet points:

Pay a deposit - this can be as little as £50 for your whole group!
Confirmation of your weekend with maps, directions and times will be with you within 10 working days of paying the deposit.
You then have to confirm your final numbers and pay the final balance 21 days prior to your weekend.
Please note that you can change number of people, events, dates and even your location up to 21 days prior to your weekend too!
We find that our flexible terms help you, it means less stress if someone drops out, you change your mind about what event you want to do, the location is just not what you want or someone cannot make the original date - the beauty of our weekends and events is that once you pay us a deposit you can change anything...we believe that if you book with us you should be able to mess us around as much as you want!
